Hacienda Restaurant

Evansville, Indiana

This new 7,000 square foot restaurant was built into a retail strip center.  Due to the large tenant size and cooking power and gas loads, significant modifications to the utility services to the center were included in the project design and construction.

While the layout of the new restaurant followed the brand of the state-wide chain, the floor plan and mechanical and electrical systems were required to conform to site-specific dimensions and utility provisions, requiring an individualized approach to the engineering.

Loftus Engineering was responsible for the mechanical and electrical engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical power, telecommunications, lighting and lighting controls.
