The project consists of the buildout of approximately 3,500 square feet of existing medical office building shell space into a new cardiac rehabilitation suite, complete with open exercise area, training room, offices and break room.

The existing variable volume HVAC system was extended to serve the new area, and all new electrical and lighting systems were installed. Coordination with the function of the spaces on the floor below was necessary to allow installation of poke-through fittings for the new freestanding exercise equipment.
