This project included multiple new buildings, some of which were constructed on site, and some of which were completed with modular construction, and then delivered to the site. The following buildings were included in this project:

Training Building: a 30,000 square foot, two-story building built with conventional construction.

Training Tower: a 2,000 square foot modular tower built off-site and delivered to the Indianapolis location.

Loftus Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services, including site electrical and telecommunications for the design of the new Training Academy campus for the Indianapolis Fire Department.
