Landscape Lighting and Drainage

PNC Bank Plaza

This project replaced and upgraded the plaza area on the north side of the PNC Bank building at 101 West Washington Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The plaza is situated on top of an underground parking garage. The top layer of concrete was stripped from the garage roof and replaced to provide waterproofing for the garage below.

A surface drainage system was installed under the new plaza to carry excess rainwater away from the area. Landscape lighting was installed to highlight the new pedestrian bridge, seating and plantings on the completely redesigned plaza. A combination of LED and metal halide lighting was used for efficiency and effect.
