This project included renovations for the first, second, and third floors at the 720 Headquarters Building for Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. (MISO) in Carmel, Indiana. Each floor consisted of approximately 33,000 square feet of project area. The building was renovated from traditional office space into a modernized open office setting, similar to recent renovations in other buildings on the Carmel campus. In addition to office space, the lobby, collaboration areas, and break areas were created and updated. The pedestrian connector between buildings 701 and 720 was also upgraded.

Loftus Engineering was responsible for the mechanical and electrical engineering of the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and lighting, power and technology systems design for the office renovations.
