This project is a new 25,000 square foot library building located on a parcel of the Lawrence Village Planned Urban Development. The new library includes on-site parking and a 1,500 square foot outdoor program space. Infrastructure improvements for the new building will be coordinated with the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority.

Loftus Engineering was responsible for the mechanical and electrical engineering of the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting and site lighting, power, and technology systems design for the Fort Benjamin Harrison Branch Library. The project is pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
