A new 9-tier parking structure was constructed by this project to serve the nationwide Children’s Hospital Livingston Ambulatory Center.

Consisting of 879 parking spaces, the project provided HVAC for elevator lobbies and stair towers, as well as main and intermediate frame rooms to house parking and access control and security equipment. In addition, two underground parking levels received carbon monoxide sensors to modulate variable speed ventilation exhaust fans.

Loftus Engineering was responsible for the HVAC and ventilation engineering for this project.
