Wabash College
New Residence Halls: The Hall, The Lodge, Townhomes
Construction is underway for Wabash College’s new residence halls consisting of 6 new dormitory buildings, totaling approximately 69,000 square feet. The 6 new buildings will be based on three different floor plans, known as the Hall, the Lodge, and Townhomes, with a total of over 130 beds. The $15 million project will include two 38-bed halls, two 16-bed lodges, and two duplex-style townhomes with 12 beds each.
Loftus Engineering was responsible for all aspects of the mechanical and electrical design, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, lighting controls, general and equipment power, telecommunications, fire alarm, and data systems.
